HOW TO INSTALL OUTDOOR LED DISPLAY There are different types of display which can be categorized as indoor led displays and outdoor led display. the first difference is in brightness , the brightness of indoor led display is very lower than outdoor led display.so installing indoor displays is like putting tv outside. so for outdoor usage led must have ultra brightness. secondly outdoor led display must be waterproof, direct sunlight, dustproof, high temperature, wind proof, lightning proof, while indoor led display donot consider these issues. these are followings main problem for outdoor led display 1. the outdoor installed led are very exposed to sun and rain so may be they get wet due to that chances of short circuit may be happen. 2. chances to attacked by strong electric power causes by lightning 3.heating issues- when the screen is working it generates heat and when there is not proper way to out heat it chance to damage internal and external circuit. 4. for wider screen screen should be wider so brightness may be vary due to direct exposure of sunlight. SOLUTIONS- 1. the outdoor screen must be water proof and sunlight proof like if this types of things happen they can tolerate. 2.must be capable to deal with lightning. 3. install the ventilation equipment to cool down, the internal temperature should be between -10 to 40 degree. 4. circuit chip must have capability to work under temperature -40 degree to 80 degree. 5.in order to insure long distance visibility , ultra high brightness led must be used. 6.the display which is using wide viewing angle tube have better performance than other types of led display.
